  The place is nice, good equipment and the people who works here is great, BUT, I enrolled myself for a year and they said it gonna be 30 a month, and for some reason they are charging to my auto paiment $78 a month, then I make the complaint in the front desk and they start telling me about a lot of hide charges, and also charged me $150 for cancel my membership, unbelievable my month of gym cost me $238, this is crazy, don't get me wrong, the place is nice, but a lot of hiding charges.

  Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift the heavy ass weights. I'll do it though.

  The front desk girl working there, named Jaime, back in 2012 was super friendly, and very ATTENTIVE to her waiting customers and their struggling new workout partners. Someone from ES BOCES referred me there and they received a discount. I was a little wary of an older white man who would sit in his black car in the parking lot looking back at gym goers from his rearview mirror though. I even pointed it out to someone else. I am not from California - at least 6 times closer to Middle Country Rd in Coram but I don't know how to change the profile :/

  Been to a few gyms and they aren't too bad but for some reason I fell in love with weightlifting at this gym. A ton of freeweights to use. could use 1 extra squat rack for when it's busy. People are pretty chill here no issues no meat heads here and if there are they ain't around when I go. The staff are very friendly and a great help when needed.

  The friendliest staff ever! Barbara at the desk always greets you with a smile and a big hello, Lucy works so hard keeping the gym spotless and Jamie is always helpful. Great workouts with Lou. Love that my 10 year old can exercise at the same time I do. I have been to a million gyms and this is my favorite.
