  The pizza was the hardest thing I had ever eaten it was almost like it was frozen and defrosted. Not crunchy, like stale.

  Slowest service ever but best pizza place in the area. This pizzeria has the most fresh and amazing tasting pizza in the town. The food is always excellent. My advice is you should let people know how long your order will take on the phone. What I mean is you always say fifteen to twenty minutes and that ends up being an hour. The wait is definitely worth it though because the pizza is delicious. I am letting you know again that you should let people know so they aren't spending an hour at Milano Pizzeria just waiting for the food.

  Very good pizzeria. Grandma pizza is excellent.

  Moved here from Staten Island a year ago and couldn't find a good Sicilian style pizza until going to Milan's. It was excellent and the Grandma style square was even better. No longer missing Staten Island Pizza.

  My order through grub hub was acknowledged and due for delivery between 9:40 PM and 9:50 PM. At 9:55 PM my order was not received, and my fiance placed a call to see where the food was. The employee who answered the phone assured her that the food was out for delivery and should arrive any minute, and he apologized for the delay. At 10:20 PM I called again and explained the situation again only to receive the same answer. I then immediately called grub hub customer service who called the restaurant. Grub hub informed me that the restaurant employee said they never received my order and could not prepare it at this point because they were about to close. This was 100% a lie that was told by the restaurant, and if this is how they are treating their customers they should not be in business. My thanks to grub hub customer service for being great as always, but I will NEVER order food from this place again.
