  Ordered an iced mocha and could not drink it there were coffee grounds and chocolate. Server argued with me that I obviously did not know what an iced mocha WAS! Terrible!

  Don't even bother going to this location. The staff was unfriendly. They "could not make any of the food items because they were out of bread" although I suspect they didn't want to work. I asked for 3 different specialty coffees off the board and they could not make any of them. I finally gave up and said okay never mind and walked away and all the of the young female ladies just busted out laughing. Worst coffee shop ever.

  No one was at the counter in Terminal 2 for over 10 minutes. When the woman finally showed up there was no apology.

  I think they don’t know what black tea means. very expensive too!
