  If I can give 0 stars, I would!!! Mr. Kiani was hired mid September 2017 to completea full gut and Reno of my house. Ee both signed a contract drafted by Mr. Kiani stating the amount and length of time for the project. Said contract indicated 3months for completion with 120,000 for all work. Mr. Kiani started in September and was paid for incomplete work/ hack job from the bank. The roof was done partially (shingles only. No gutters or spouts but caps are incomplete and installed incorrectly). Floors inside are not level, light fixtures are incomplete, electrical wiring hanging out. Mr. Kiani installed sheet rock in the basement and attempted to insulate the windows whichin turn caused mold. He also installed the roof incorrectly which is causing the interior to get wet. Shingles on the roof are lifting. On the date that I fired Mr. Kiani, he instructed his workers to dump trash on the side of the house in which I had to call the police to get him off the property which they did. Windows are installed incorrectly and he put baseboard heating on the top of the ceiling of the basement. Cabinets are incomplete and installed incorrectly. Left wiring exposed etc.
