  I had such a great experience here. Woolly Mammoth was the only store in Seattle that I found who carried Birkenstock boots, and carried exactly the style I was interested in. The two ladies working were incredibly kind, despite the fact that I arrived just before closing. I LOVE the boots I bought, and I'll definitely shop here in the future! 🛍

  Taking a star off because it can be crowded here due to university district foot traffic. They allow you to use store credit toward new items which is a nice system if you want to return something. A good place for picking up a pair of Clarks, if you fancy some stylish boots.

  The nicest ladies inside. Friendly and go well beyond to fill the customers needs. My daughter was set on a certain style and color of sandle. Not only were they the only ones in Seattle that had it when they saw how it fit they suggested a narrow may be a better fit. Then they called the company and got it shipped. My first call from now on, Wonderful experience all the way around.

  This is the BEST store! The shoes I got there are so unique and comfortable. I get complimented on them all the time. Beyond that, the people who work there are amazing, knowledgeable and make the experience wonderful! To anyone who hasn't been there before, I would encourage you to stop in and experience for yourself the fantastic selection and service. Seattle's best!
