::The service is horrible i was supposed to have a pull out couch bed and they don't even have them set all anymore but it's still on the website that's false promotion.House keeping is worst they don't clean your room and enter unannounced. They charge you $35 to clean the towels and don't ever wash the bed linen. After staying there a 1 week there should be a tremendous discount. The room keys don't work half the time and the back door works when it wants too. The manager is rude and she always have an attitude. By far one of my worst experiences .

::Been there 2 weeks so far. No bugs, clean room, and everyone is friendly. Its $530 after taxes for a week, but you can get a smoking room with a full size fridge, and kitchen. Wifi isn't the best and they offer better wifi for a fee.

::My first night stay was horrible. First of all I was placed in a suite that was unclean. In the Kitchenette the sink had dried up food , beds was unmade, floor not vacuumed , no shower curtain in bathroom, it was horrible. And to top it off I was told by the front desk that housekeeping come out to clean every second Thursday to clean and if I needed clean linen and or towels and wash clothes I will have to carry them to the front desk myself. It was horrible I will never refer anyone to stay there. Rating you a one star is one star too many.

::My experience with the suite at Allentown Rd. Has been top notch. The room was very clean and the service was first class.

::Personally, I would rate with 5 stars but for a few issues. 1) Having a linen fee when house keeping doesn't clean your room nor give you fresh sheets.. 2) Towels and sheets are not exchanged at all.. meaning I have to Personally wash them. That's a No go. 3) Lack of house keeping or ability to clean your room. At 580$ a week my room should be cleaned.. This includes taking out your own trash.. All in all, the rooms are amazing and spacious. Though our microwave broke the 1st day and took 3 days to replace, our shower is broken and still not fixes.. As for the location itself, beautiful and worth the cost. The staff are inconsistent. The night staff are helpful and considerate, while some day staff are rude, leaving a lot to be desired of their bedside manner. Hotel is near food, gas, 711, and a laundromat offering convenience, as well as being safe. Vending machines, laundry room, as well as kitchenettes with stove and fridge, large rooms with storage space, it is very nice for longer term living. As we are living here indefinitely, I give it a 4 almost 5 star.
