  This place had a terrible smell from the time I walked into what they call the lobby. A small room that’s not occupied 24/7. You have to pick up the phone and call and wait for them to come down if you arrive after hours. Which for me was about 10-15 minutes to get service. I was only staying one night and didn’t want to lose the money I had already paid so decided to stay. Once I got to my room it didn’t get any better. From the photos you can see what appears to be blood stains on the carpet. While I understand this is a 2 star hotel certain things have to be addressed and handled appropriately. It’s not acceptable to have blood stained carpet. The other guest were noisy and at one point in the night around 2am there was a scuffle in the hallway. Upon leaving my room in the morning which I couldn’t wait to do, I found blood in the elevator as well. Why this hadn’t been cleaned is beyond me. If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. Steer clear, spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere that actually cleans and takes pride in the place.

  Roaches- dirty- filthy. I am currently staying here. Third floor I would not suggest this hotel. Reasons behind the following Third floor 1. Customer service is bad. Receiving and responding. 2. Second room key denied as they don’t have any spare keys. This is very vague reason. I have never seen any Hotel give this response. 3. No towels, no bath towels, no toiletries. No soap. One small soap size if my thumb finger and width same. When asked they said all towels are in washing will send after one hour. No response after one hour. Same response after 5 hours. 4. Bath tub making music. Squeaking sounds. Felt it may break anytime. One of the handles broken. 5. Room smells ok but bathroom smells Smokey. Some last tenant may have smoked in the bathroom and the hotel management didn’t clean it. 6. Sleeping bed sheets smell bad. As if they were removed half washed and half dried and put back quickly. Having itches after sleeping for one hour. Cant wait for it to be morning - keeping alarm for 5 am so that I can runout quickly. 7. Many people smoking right against the entrance and exit door. Really uncomfortable. 8. Only one luggage trolley and people literally waiting for it. 9. The carpet doesn’t feel like vacuumed properly. Dust and dirt particles everywhere. 10. We have a toy phone in the room. That doesn’t work. Cannot call front desk. It’s hooked to phone wire but no ring. No quick call or dial list on the phone or written anywhere. 11. Bed as also making the squeaky sounds. As beds are placed in steel mattress frames. If you are a music lover then it’s right choice. Of if you don’t move while sleeping then this is good. Will add pics in the morning. As a final touch in the morning at 4am saw roaches in the room.

  Never could get anyone to book us in after dialing for them I stood there 45 mins still nobody came to see what I needed or the guy in front of me so I said hell with it after a long days work my hubby just wanted to lay down so I left and went back up the road to comfort inn. Whom helped me immediately and by 9pm we was snuggled in bed for a good night's rest. All we wanted to begin with

  Well I'll start out by saying the staff at reception were very kind and helpful. Then I'll say that the bathroom had very obviously not been cleaned prior to my arrival. There was hair from the previous tenant in the shower and I could see water spots on the sink that were from use, not cleaning. People were walking around, in and out all the time and it generally did not feel safe. So it may be less expensive than the other places in the area that are totally price gouging, but maybe not worth it.

  Hotel property very convenient to work. The staff is very helpful and very nice. Room was clean we did not get housekeeping serve while there. We were still comfortable and enjoyed our stay will definitely come back.
