A great place to stay, especially for an extended period of time. Mike here at the Woodspring Suites in Bellevue is awesome. I have been using this location for the better part of a year and he is always polite and friendly to the people I have staying there. Him and his staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. When I am booking rooms for various projects in the Omaha/Bellevue area, this location is hands down the most requested.

This hotel by far has the worst customer service, the worst living situation and people. The manager mark was definitely the creepiest and his constant false accusations made my stay end shortly. One of my blouses somehow was returned to me by mark himself. Him and the staff have been seen entering My room when i was not there . His false statements made me also lose my jovmb

They have really clean rooms. The front desk gentleman Mike is really kind. The housekeeping lady is really sweet. Even the maintenance guy is nice. They keep it clean and I love the fact that they accept pets. I have referred all of my nursing travelers to stay here.

WORST hotel Iโ€™ve EVER stayed atโ€ฆ ROACHES there were ROACHES in the hallway and in our room. We found roaches in the middle of the night and the front desk was closed so we went to the store and bought roach spray. We woke up the next day and HAD to work (military) and once we were off we went and asked for a refund for the 2 night we stayed plus the prebooked nights. The manager said NO and that he would get the room sprayed. he was calm and did not even act surprised that there are roaches. The people who run this hotel seem to live there so they must not mind the roaches. Everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was dirty when we first got there. Itโ€™s a cheap place to stay but NOT worth it. Itโ€™s disgusting.. If I could give negative stars I would.

The manager is great. Very friendly and customer orientated. As far as the other guests it's a hotel so occasionally you get some crazy but it's always more entertaining then threatening.
