::If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. This place is disgusting. I also had cold air blowing from my heater and they couldn't give me another room, nor did they offer to fix it. They told me I'd have to sleep in the cold room and deal with it in the morning when maintenance came in. I checked out and went to another hotel and now the A$$HOLE manager, Ndidi, won't refund my money. There is so much more to this story but you get the picture. Worst hotel experience of my life, and I am a travel health care professional used to staying in lots of hotels!

::The free WiFi is only for one device. I need more devices need to pay, 13.99 a week but the speed is only 4-6.7mb. it's really incredible. Even worse than other hotel's free WiFi. I am really not happy on this. The room is just ok compare to their price. I will not stay in this hotel again!!

::The manager Ndidi is amazing and so helpful. Bree is super sweet and the entire staff work hard to make you feel welcome. This is by far the best extended stay we have been to. They accept pets and my dog lives that. If you are looking for a safe friendly place you should stop in and talk to the staff at Woodspring Suites they will be more than happy to help.

::Made a booking for Homecoming weekend and thought it was too good to be true for the price. Turns out it was as I was given a call 2 days in advance to be told that it was cancelled because they overbooked for that weekend. Not given anything other than an apology and recommendation to other hotels. Finding another hotel 2 days before Homecoming was not fun.
