  If I could give this bank a negative 10 I would. The bank teller in there did not have the willingness to help. And that crooked smile wasn’t helping... do not go there cause she sucks!!! I went to my other bank and was in and out in less than five minutes.... you will NEVER have to worry about me going up in there again!!!!

  OMG!! This has got to be the WORST bank EVER!! I usually go to the one in Arlington but the last 3 times the Mansfield location has been more convenient. But after 3 times of I am over it, NEVER EVER will I go to this one. Shanekwa the manager is rude, unprofessional and down right lazy. They need to get rid of her. I walked in to make a deposit and she waited (yes I timed it) 4 minutes before she looked up and acknowledged my presence. Then she yawns, and mumbles her words like we drug her out of bed to come to work at 1:00 in the afternoon. I asked her a question, and she was like "I don't know". I asked her about a charge on my account she said something rude and way out of line, this place is a joke. And if this was my home bank I would take my money somewhere else. If corporate or anyone reads this please get rid of her. She is a poor example for your establishment and the third time I was in there she let the phone rang of the wall I know the whole time I waited in line and when I left it was still ringing. And the girl at the window was helping customers and all she was doing was watching walmart customers check out and day dreaming. I would hate to know I was the one calling my bank and all she was doing was day dreaming. Waste of good pay Woodforest get someone in there that can actually do a job she is a joke!!
