  Just another typical business that never answers phones or e-mails. They have a beautiful web site someone designed. I filled out the request for a free estimate twice and no one gets back to me. I called them 3x's and no one answers the phone. I actually went there, the garage door was opened, I saw many workers in the yard and the front door was locked. Guess what! no one answered.

  Had a pergola built by them summer of 2016. Besides a few delays, an injured worker, a busted sprinkler line they fixed, and an issue with wood being left on my lawn to leach chemicals for 3-4 days, the job was finished and I was relatively happy with the outcome. Over the winter, I began to notice impefections showing up. A sagging 20' beam. Large gaps between posts and beams. Bolts sticking out for an unclean, non-flushed look. And a promised fan box to protect an outdoor fan motor was never completed. To fix these issues, I've contacted Steve multiple times via email, phone and visits to the shop. The emails were answered sporadically, the phone calls never once did I get a response, and my visit to the shop I was promised the moon with no results. An appointment was finally made and he was a complete no-show with no explanation as to why. I have yet to get any sort of response from them after waiting 6 weeks since our appointment. At this point, barring another visit, I'm done with this company. They have a sunny exterior and promise the moon but underneath they are incompetent and rude. Once they get your money, don't expect another word from them. Pics to follow for evidence.
