  Horrible Place NO good Service And they make you come 1 hr early to stay 3 Extra Hrs For NOTHING. Sick of this Hospital IT SUCKS!!

  Horrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Doctors say one thing while social workers end up doing another. Then they get an attitude and say if you have a problem to report them. To be a social worker don't you have to be SOCIAL. Obviously I don't want to report him; I want my sonogram done when my doctor told me I can get it done. Not when you want it to be, if I have a referral then you should just follow the referral. Been to 3 other appointments for my pregnancy and it was the same. Very unprofessional, didn't get any blood work done until I was in my second trimester. Knowing there mistake they try to rush. I ended up lasting around 4 hours in the clinic, apart from the almost 2 hours I spent waiting. This place is a joke and wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting

  Very clean, nice staff and thorough doctor, but I waited 3 hours before I saw the doctor. Was there for a total of 4.5 hours and my appointment was for 10:30 am. Be prepared to wait

  I went in for a check up and some tests. The wait was long but that was expected. After, I was told that if the test results weren't right that I would receive a voicemail. I missed a call from the clinic (but nobody ever left a voicemail). I called back numerous times asking the receptionist if I should make a follow-up appointment - I was told - NO. I would get routed to the wrong people and nobody was helpful. I was told everything is fine. Then I received a letter in the mail, asking me to make an appointment because my test results were worrisome. I find it incredible that the staff is so poorly trained or (they care so little about their patients) that they wouldn't even leave a VOICEMAIL asking me to make an appointment. It's completely unprofessional and my health is in DANGER because of these people's ignorance and contempt. Had I known this would be the case, I would have never come here in the first place. Honestly, I can't wait for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this place due to their complete and utter negligence. **UPDATE** Well, I went through the whole process of getting a procedure I didn't even need. Ok. Finally, I receive a bill for the un-necessary service. Of course, it wouldn't be Wyckoff's women Center without another obstacle! In order to pay the bill, I either I have to send a check (it's 2018?!) or pay in person. I attempted to pay in person and OF COURSE they weren't working on a regular Monday? Citing it was Lincoln's birthday?? Okay. So now I have to hunt down these fools in order to pay them! Ridiculous, inconvenient, waste of money, waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  THE WOOOOOOOOORST!!!!! Unprofessional. Does not stick to time appointments. They are extremely unorganized. And ridiculously aloof. They cannot even offer water. Someone offered juice.
