  This is my second time ordering with this website an i had planned on ordering a lot more but my order i made march 23 and still have not received my order may 9. i had ordered my skerts for something i had planned. I did not get a email or anything to update me on whats going on i had to call and they let me know that it was on back order. This really makes me not want to order from here agin and to let my mother know this is not a good place to order from

  I bought 4 pair of pants and 1 blouse and ended up sending three of the pants back because they wouldn't fix me. I ended up paying almost 70.00 after they added charges for all kinds of things. Such as 7.50 to return the items, 1.50 for the use of the return label and then they said they sent me 2 pair of paints. The total of items I have from this order is 1 pair of pants and 1 blouse. The pants were 15.99 and the blouse was 12.50. I ended up calling four times and didn't find a single person that could understand my problem. The last man I spoke with told me that they sent 2 pairs of pant and a blouse. I never received the second pair I told him. He said we show 2 pair were shipped and you'll need to pay for both pair. I am so upset but can't get any help, nor will anyone talk to me that can explain how they got three returns showing on my computer account but yet they claim I got 2 pair. Approx. $70.00 for 1 pair of pants and 1 blouse. I've been buying from them for years and was never treated like this before. Arlene

  I love shopping at woman within the prices are affordable and they always have a great sale going on and offer coupons very often. Their clothes are so cute lol and fashionable . I AM ALWAYS GETTING COMPLIMENTS ON MY CLOTHES . wil be a lonnnnnnggg term customer .

  I made 2 orders in 4 years. The 1st order was for shorts in 5x. Even though they were labeled 5x, they were 6x. My last order was for a 6x coat, the label is for 4x. Funny that the coat is actually 6x. The pants I ordered were petite but the inseam is 30 inches. When I spoke to a Customer Support supervisor, he was more concerned with their exchange policy than referring the matter to his supervisor. He could care less about my trust in their getting my order correct.

  Dishonest company. They'll say anything to get you to order then you have no choice but to pay for their empty promises. Had trouble problems through an order online so I called in and was promised she would take off my coupon and rewards after order. Then nothing and they refuse to credit me back. I've done business with this company for over 30 years even working there as a teen but they've changed. I closed my credit cards with them and will never do business with them again.
