  Been eating at wolfgang’s on park south in nyc for years. It has never once been disappointing but the Miami location is a very different story. The miami wolfgang’s has been on a steady steep decline over past 1.5yrs (from the service to the steak to the strudel/schlag to the silverware - it has all fallen quickly). Ate there again Saturday and steak for 2 was tough, flavorless and low quality. It seems the dry aging was cut short or much lower quality meat than wolfgang’s standard was used for their aging process. Sides were oily and gross. Bread was ice cold and butter was frozen solid. My guess is that Miami location is money losing (NEVER seen it more than 40% occupied in 1.5yrs) thus corporate is just trying to cut as much cost as possible from everywhere possible (incl food costs) until PV of future operating losses = PV of lease liability. At that point, they will close this place to minimize management distraction from a loss making location. Wolfgang’s is a global product, after all. Unfortunately, I have given the Miami Wolfgang’s its last chance to be something more than a crappy Ruth’s Chris steak (albeit at 2xs the price). Please don’t go to Wolfgang’s Miami. The NYC ones are amazing but Miami location is not representative of Wolfgang’s quality.

  Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is great place to have a lunch or dinner. My company tried steak and Chilean sea bass. Everything was delicious. This waterfront restaurant has one of the best view on the Miami River and bay side. Short walk from restaurant to Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace and Downtown Miami.

  Horrible place. I made a reservation a month in advance and I get here and tell me they ran out of a table for me. The attendants were no help and ended up giving someone else a table as they forgot about me. The place was dirty. Food was ok. If I could rate negative five stars I would. Don’t recommend. Biggest waste of time.

  Not impressed. The steak was decent, but not worth the price, and the high-end bar makes cocktails with pre-mixed bottled lemon juice. This restaurant is definitely overpriced for the quality of the meals and drinks. The service is however great. I do not recommend it but it's fine if you want to blow some money on an overpriced average steak and an average bar experience.

  Wolfgang's steakhouse has the best rib eye steak in town! Great location..Awesome views great service just outstanding! Will definitely be coming back
