::When I recently had an emergency (dislocated hip after hip-replacement surgery), Thomas Hill and Christopher Sherdel from this station came to my rescue. They were both wonderful, and Thomas was especially good as the one who helped calm my fears (I was in great pain); when I was settled to go into the ambulance, it was Christopher's turn to talk to me about my dog and his dogs. Genius! They took excellent care of me, Thomas rode with me in the ambulance, and I can never thank them enough.

::Mr. J. Moreland & other firemen at the Wolf Trap Firehouse at the corner of Beulah Road and Leesburg Pike were very kind to me. On Friday, 2/24, I arrived at the firehouse around 6:30 pm after getting lost on my bicycle while heading east on the WO&D & CCT from the Reston Ice Rink. I was trying to return to my car at Colvin Run Mill, I ended up walking my bicycle in the dark on Beulah Road toward Leesburg Pike. I stopped at the firehouse for help with directions as my cell phone ran out of power. Mr. Moreland & staff invited me into the firehouse & offered to drive me to my car because it would be dangerous to ride/walk my bike on Leesburg Pike to Colvin Run Mill in the dark. Mr. Moreland & other firemen took me & my bike via ambulance to my car. I am very thankful for their help!

::I greatly appreciate the staff at this station - especially Joe Cox! Last Monday at 6:15am, I was on my way to Rockville, MD and noticed that one of my tires was extremely low. There were no gas stations between me and the 267 where I was headed so I stop by this fire station. I was directed to the back of the station where two people (Joe and someone else - did not catch the name) checked the pressure in all four of my tires and added air to those that were low. It was big relief to me to get this assistance and to be able to continue on my way to work. Thanks so much!!
