  As soon as I would get home it would be “bra off”! In my opinion the prep the day before a colonoscopy was a better experience then shopping for bras, that is until I entered the WOB Lingerie Shop in Wycoff, NJ. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an upbeat friendly gentleman at the register who immediately found me a wonderful sales professional to assist me in my adventure of finding a bra that actually fit correctly and was comfortable! The young woman I worked with took one look at my 4 year old brassiere and agreed it was time and made some perfect suggestions for the bras I would be happy with. Needless to say when I walked in the store my breasts were pretty close to my knees however leaving the store I walked out proudly with my breasts held high wearing one of my new purchases. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. I was made to feel very comfortable and felt like a Goddess in my new bra. In addition it was actually a fun experience and we had a few good laughs. If you are a large breasted woman wearing uncomfortable bras that dont seem to be cooperating I HIGHLY recommend you give WOB Lingerie a visit!

  DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEY UPCHARGE THE BRAS BY 30%, CALL YOU NAMES, AND CHARGE $55 FOR A FITTING FEE IF YOU DON'T PURCHASE - THE FITTING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE A TAPE MEASURE - JUST AN UNPLEASANT WOMAN. I WISH I HAD CHECKED OUT THE REVIEWS FIRST. HERE'S MY STORY: I purchased a bra from this establishment yesterday. While there are multiple reasons to complain, my largest concern is that when I came home and searched for the bra on the internet I see that they charged me $89 for a bra that is manufacturer suggested retail of $68. They have a no return policy and also charge you $55 if you do not purchase from them. I called the next day (today) to ask about the price differential. They called me a cheapskate, accused me of using them to buy on the internet. When I said I understood their fitting fee since people do that, but I am asking about the upcharge, the man on the phone and the woman in the background started laughing and calling me more of the same, "cheapskate." I then mentioned I would be calling my credit card company, BBB and reporting on social media. At which time, the man said ,"Social media is like venereal disease and you probably have it. You better not tell your mommy on us too." At which time, I told him I am hanging up and did so. I would like to further add that this $55 fitting fee did not include a tape measure. I told the woman there the size I have been fitted with in the past and also my complaint with bras in general. She told me she doesn't use a tape measure and she thinks I need a larger size. I said I have been fitted in very good stores before and they all say the same size, but okay, bring me what you think. She walked out muttering "it's just a size." When I complained about the fit of the bras she brought to me, she told me that she doesn't understand what my problem is. I finally just agreed to purchase the bra because I was not going to pay a $55 fee for a terrilble fitting experience and walk out with nothing. I never expected that the bra would be marked up by 30%. This is an unfair business practice AND an extremely unpleasant overall experience. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would!

  As a full figured woman, I was shocked to be told at The Avenue, a store that carries sizes for the full figured woman, that they did not have a bra big enough for me! The sales person at the Avenue had a tape measure around her neck, which she used to measure me right in the middle of the store and then yelled out that I was a ridiculous size that they did not carry. She then recommended I go to WOB, which was the best think I ever did! I literally walked in and said I need help. I told them my story and they were so supportive and helpful. I did not even have to be measured, the sales woman took one look at me and said this is your size. She then pulled a bra that was a perfect fit and I was on my way! Friendly, helpful and personal service at its best! Kudos to WOB for turning a horrible experience into a fabulous one!

  Actually I give this place NO STARS. When I was there I basically picked out bras that I was interested in. Someone brought them to me. When I decided they were not comfortable and certainly not worth the high price, I was told there was a $45 consultation fee if I didn't buy any bra. Are they kidding? When I called to make an appointment (what a joke, no one was in the store, on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, the busiest shopping weekend) no one mentioned the consultation fee. The so called signs they say are "all over" are hardly prominent. Save your money. This store is nothing more than a sham with the philosophy of "Let's scam the customers".
