  Referred by a current patient so went to check the place out! So nice inside, the staff was beyond friendly. Prices were great and got my braces put on the same day by a guy that knew exactly what he was doing. I was a little nervous but he kept me informed every step of the way. If you are looking for an orthodontist office I highly highly recommend this place !!

  love the chocolate ice cream and the friendly staff. Plus they let me change my color whenever i want.

  The office atmosphere is incomparable! Hands down, the best experience my family has had in a professional setting! Such friendly faces always waiting to greet us!

  I absolutely love this location. It may not be as "nice" as Henderson, but I genuinely enjoy the staff a million times better (yes, I've been to both locations). Dr Shaw is an absolute joy. He spends adequate time and really wants to make sure he's making the right choices for me and my mouth. Jose is an AMAZING assistant. I never want any other assistant working on me. He remembers personal tidbits and jokes around. Kara and Alex are both so welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. If either two of them are near the front, I don't even have to introduce myself to whomever is at the front counter. My only complaint is that several times the receptionist has been a bit rude (not making eye contact, smiling, being short, etc) when I've been there.. but she's not one who usually is at that location. Vanessa on the other hand, is super adorable and great! Thank you guys! I'm glad that I get to spend the next three years of my ortho experience with y'all. I chose correct :)
