  This phone sales site had their address as my address for phone I purchased from them until I changed the address = willfully stole &/or stealing my identity etc. THIS SCUMMY STORE IS AS SCUMMY AS BOTH THEIR LVNV CORPORATE STORES HAVE BEEN AND ARE.

  Made a bill payment here, two hours late still not posted to account. Most shops I get the payment received text message when I'm in there lot. I called and asked them what was up they tell me wait 5 minutes

  Horrible! Avoid at all cost! My phone's screen got busted so I took it here for a replacement, they told me it would be done in 2 weeks but when I went back they told me they'd ordered the wrong screen and broken the plastic frame trying to install said wrong screen. I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to replace that frame and get the correct screen. I went back after those 2 weeks and the guy told me he couldn't figure out how to connect the new screen and that he'd lost the volume button. We gave him one more week to get it right but in the end he disappointed us again. Not only did he not get the volume button, but he lost my SIM card and didn't connect the rear facing camera which I cant use anymore thanks to him. On the bright side I got my expensive screen for only $40, which was the deposit we left them the day we handed over the phone, and even that seems like a rip off. Don't give them your money! Go somewhere else! They don't deserve your business!
