  BROKE MY GALAXY NOTE 8 SCREEN, THEY HAD THE SCREEN IN STOCK AND I WAS ABLE TO GET MY PHONE REPAIRED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND REALLY NICE PEOPLE!!!

  My iPhone 7 was not charging, called many places but they did not have the part in stock, but fortunately these guys had the part in stock and changed my charging port in 30 minutes. Now my iPhone 7 is charging perfectly. Best place to repair your phone instantly in silver spring!!!

  great place to repair devices same day. I got my galaxy S8 screen repaired in 30 minutes. definitely recommand if you want to fix your device fast

  On 10.5.2017 went to the store at 645 pm. My Samsung note 4 was not working properly. It would not even turn on. After looking at the phone I was told it needed a new battery. Specifically I was told the battery I had in the phone was "from china" and it needed to be replaced with a Samsung battery. $45. He put in a new battery and when it didn't work, he got another new one and was able to turn the phone on. He said it was fixed. I said it was not and showed him what it was doing. Then the person stated the phone had software problems and it could be fixed for $50 and would take one hour. Since I was visiting from out of state, I said if it would take one hour, please repair and I would come back after dinner with friends. I gave him my husbands phone number to call when it was ready. At 830 pm I had not heard from them and walked back to the shop. I was told the phone was not ready but would take about 30 more minutes. He said they usually closed at 9 pm but it would be done by then. I went back to my friends and returned in about 15 minutes. I waited and would ask after 10 if it was ready. No it was not and I could come back in the morning when they opened at 10 a.m. if I did not want to wait. I said I would wait because I wanted to be sure it worked and did not want to miss out on sightseeing the next morning. Finally at 930 pm he declared the repairs were completed. While I was waiting I asked another man there about a cell phone Holder for my car. He showed me one and I said I wanted it to be mounted on the dashboard and not the glass. He told me the one he was showing me would work on the dash. I paid $50 for repair work $45 for new batter and $15 for the cell phone holder. After I left and got back to where I was staying I tried to use the camera and the phone froze. I tried to turn it off, it would not do so. I took the battery out and put it in and it worked. Briefly. I took out the cell phone holder and found out it would NOT affix to the dashboard and even when I out it on the glass it fell off. Using 3m strip tapes, I attached the holder to the dashboard. The phone was placed on the charger and when I took it off the charger in the morning the same problems existed. Delaying my sightseeing, I went back to the store and showed the same man at the counter that the cell phone was locked onto the camera screen. He touched several buttons, pressed on the off button and then had to take the battery out to reset the phone. I removed the SD card to protect it. After turning it back on, he turned on the camera and pointed it around and said "see it works." I pressed the button to take a picture and it took one and then stopped responding. Next he told me I should have let it charge for 3 hours. I told him I had done that. Then he told me I should not have put in the SD card without turning it off first. I told him I had turned it off first. Then he said the battery was no good and put in another one. At this point I told him I had no time to wait, I had things to do and I wanted the repair money refunded. I told him about the holder too, but did not have it to return. He kept opening the back of the phone and turned it on and showed me the camera was focusing. I pushed the button and showed him it was not. Again I told him my solution He repeated everything again. Then he said it was a hardware problem. I said then that should have been discovered last night and I will give you 5 minutes and that is all. I took out my tablet and started searching for yelp. He asked me how much I paid last night, I said $50 and he called over the other man to discuss the refund. I told him if tax was paid I that needed to be refunded too. Then he asked if I wanted to buy a new phone! I told him not from there, that I would take the phone home and solve the problem. They swiped my debit card and have said $53 will be credited to my bank in 72 hours. I will check and update this post in 72 hours.
