  Terrible customer service. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past three days, and no one picks up the phone. The main number prompts you to press 1 for new appointments, and then it's a 30 minute hold, 45 minutes, 1 hour. This tells me a lot .. the staff/doctors don't care about patients trying to get in touch for appointments. If i am having so much trouble just making appointments, imagine how frustrating it would be to wait 45 minutes on hold to speak to perhaps inquire about a report or making a follow up appointment. Ridiculous !!!
