  Walked into the place, smelled like someone was smoking all day in there. The woman was on the phone (personal call talking about being out at a bar late at night) and ignored me. After 10 minutes, I walked out. Plenty of other places to go to.

  Over charged for shower unit. After several attempts to negotiate a reasonable price, went another direction because needed to move on, so what do they do, charge me $100 restocking fee for something I never took possession of and told me to fight my credit card for the money back, as if they have done this before. If you do business with them, get the price in writing before giving them your credit card. I was a fool to trust them, and they act as if it never happened and that I was the problem.
