::I got to say I was extremely impressed with how good they took care of me. I had some food missing out of my order which I wasn't even mad about, they was so busy and holding it down. I have worked in the food industry and know I totally understand how easy it is to make a mistake. I came back to get the rest of my order and the staff was awesome. The manager already knew who I was when I walked in the door. She is the best by the way😊. Made everything fresh for me. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Y'all keep doing what you doing👏

::Ordered 40 piece boneless on doordash and only got 10 wings and fries. I was missing almost my entire order. This is one of the worst locations I have ever been at. I went to the location and had to wait longer for them to remake the food and get it to me. Needs a member of management there at all times if there was a manager they need to be checking orders to make sure they are correct and have their employees not have an attitude with a customer complaint about missing food on orders.

::I have not been here in a year or longer and the food is still disappointing. Wings were fried so hard you could not bite into them. Fries were ok. Customer service is a zero. Chicken sandwich tasted like grease. Do not waste your $30.

::Today I called and place in a order on the phone I was told it will be 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes it wasn’t ready and they were having problems with pulling my order up on the cash register. After I payed for my food I was then told my order will be ready in 4 minutes. Which was fine. HOWEVER I waited in that lobby for an additional 40 minutes. The manager then left and took an entire 45 minute lunch and I’m still sitting here waiting on my food. For them to just open and your excuse is “oh we running low on chicken be patient” You should’ve just said that when I called to place an order that you were rationing chicken. Instead of having someone wait an hour without offer an accommodation. Pitiful

::They lied about my online order, refused to make my order despite me having the order transaction email. They refused me a refund. So I called corporate and reported them for fraud. I finally have my refund back and that store is now under investigation. The employees are jerks and yell at customers for no reason. The manager couldn't be bothered to do her job. Thankfully I've reported her as well for inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. If you choose to continue to eat here, don't say I didn't warn you.
