  Hotel room was good. Pool closed and I e machine on second level broken. On the way to airport driver was unable to assess an accident blocking access to highway. Advised a possible solution. Instead he tried to turn and cops waved off. Then turned away from lane and hit another car. Lady got out of her van but driver didn't. Lady drove away and my driver never got out to assess damage. Scary to think this was ok.

  Nice hotel close to shopping and expressway. Breakfast pretty good. They REALLY need to clean the high chairs. Filthy! Pool did not work and was not working when I made reservation but I asked and they said it was working. They redeemed themselves by offering a pool to use 15 minutes away. We like to swim with the grandchildren.

  Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, staff was nice. But the motel is run down. The bathroom was a mess including a bad tile job, leaky and broken faucet, torn and dirty shower curtain, the bathroom fan did not work and crusty, dirty water jets in the bathtub. All of that was easy to see. Desk lamp was broken and the TV screen had blacked out areas from surface damage. The room certainly was not what I was expecting for the price. Hopefully now that they have a list of problems, the management can have the issues addressed. We were disappointed.

  The lobby has a odor as does much of the hotel. Didn't announce the pool was shut down on their website so that was a bummer when getting there with excited kid's. Overall decent place it's dated but for the price it's not bad. The breakfast had a decent selection. Probably wouldn't book again simply from the smell of the place the lobby smelled similar to cat urine the rest of the place was just meldew like. If I based it on cleanliness I'd go back.

  This hotel has seen better days. Staff were helpful in that they changed my room type without fees only two days before check-in. But the rooms were dated, fitness center/pool were closed, and the breakfast area reeked of cigarette smoke - I believe there were people there eating breakfast who were not hotel guests. Definitely something to consider when choosing a hotel. I would recommend paying $15 more a night and getting a better place.
