  Great place! Learned how to make butter and mazarella. Pam is a great teacher and I'll be back this summer to learn more.

  My Wife and I went to a mozzarella cheese making class and had a great time! Pamela was extremely knowledgable and a fantastic teacher. We Highly recommend it! They sell kits to make mozzarella at home as well, so you know we got one of those.
