  Update 1/9/18: Sheldon's carpenter finally came. It took close to a month to have him come, but we also have to factor in the holidays. The carpenter took two hours and was careful to align everything as well as he could. He took the time to explain what he was doing and when I pointed out a few places I was still not happy with, he adjusted the doors and drawers again without complaints. However two cabinet doors were not "long" enough to cover the boxes (meaning I can still see the oak cabinets behind the doors) and he explained that it was because of warping... which isn't obvious until everything is aligned... I called then wrote an email with pictures to Sheldon. I'm awaiting to see how this part will be handled. I'm adding a star to account for the carpenter sent without charge. But will be adjusted based on how this (hopefully) last issue will be handled. Update 12/12/17: After writing an email and this review, Sheldon has changed his mind and is offering to send a carpenter AFTER the New Year's. We are holding our breath and may change ratings if something finally happens. ----- Original Review 12/4/17: Sigh. They came as a recommendation from a friend who had three great kitchens installed, so I thought we'd have a similar experience. Except we haven't. Firstly, cabinets were 2 weeks late. And during the singular three days I would be away, they arrived for delivery. Hmmm. Delivery. Sheldon insisted he told us someone needed to be there to lift and bring all the cabinets from the van into the house. That it was a sidewalk drop off only. Really?! We had someone to accept the delivery. But not to lift them all in!!! Wouldn't you at least offer an upgrade in delivery fee to have someone bring them into the house? Nope. We had to eat $100 to pay my contractor and the delivery guy to bring them in. Sigh. Cabinet Order. A few cabinet door colors came incorrectly and took over four weeks for replacements to arrive. My contractor loved that. Pieces were also missing from toe kicks and on one side of my cabinets over the range. I asked for replacements, which granted Sheldon honored, but they still came imperfectly. My contractor was able to stitch some together. And made a side panel out of one of the wrong doors. Cabinet drafting/measuring. My contractor reviewed Sheldon's measurements and found he had placed many 1 in. fillers everywhere. He redrafted and found us an extra 3 in. We later on found another 3 inches for another part of the kitchen but only after installation so now I have to live with 3 in. gone on top and bottom cabinets by my fridge. Alignment. I ordered from a European line and my contractor needed guidance on how to align the drawers. Sheldon is not willing to send someone to help us out despite me dropping $10k. Instead, he said for me to call the manufacturer. I'm still working on this issue to date. Note that I contacted him twice about this issues a few weeks apart. There was no follow up. I just got brushed off. The drawers bang into each other and look horrid. Attached pictures for your viewing horror He did offer one small pittance: threw in a pull out drawer post-contract when my husband and I expressed how displeased we are. But even with that, he's not have the heart to help out. The lack of support had been such a headache. I learned one thing: never pay these guys in full till you're happy. He has no incentive to work with me anymore. They came as a recommendation from a friend who had three great kitchens installed, so I thought we’d have a similar experience. Except we haven’t.

  I am the most satisfied client of Windsor Kitchen & Bath. Their price , quality and customer service is the best that you can find anywhere in the market. The salesman is very customer focused, works with you on design, and provides valuable guidance as and when required. While anybody can install the cabinets, if you want a flawless installation, this is your place. Once you bring your business to this place, I guarantee you too will give this place five Starts.

  I honestly cannot recommend Sheldon and Windsor Kitchen enough,Excellent service! I had Windsor designed a new kitchen cabinet system complete with granite counter-top. I ended up asking lot of questions to Sheldon about literally everything. Never once he did not answer or did not help. He's always available, reachable and ready to help. Even though I did thorough research, I still needed a lot of explanation in many occasions. He never hesitated to provide answers or pointing me to the right direction.

  I had Windsor designed a new kitchen cabinet system complete with granite countertop. Measurement was accurate. Scheduling and delivery on time. Installation went smoothly. It is a valued product. Excellent service! Now the kitchen looks beautiful. I am going to order their product again for another rental property.

  Just finished kitchen and two bath rooms. Was very happy with the service from Winsor Kitchen & Bath. Cabinet and countertop are delivered very fast from ordering. Quality and price are very competitive. Highly recommended!
