  Terrible customer service. I went there with my mother to find a dress for the dance. My mom asked one of the employees if she could look for a bigger size in a certain dress and the lady responded with "Hold on a second." And walked off my mom waited for the lady and saw her pretending to look at clothes like she was organizing them but she was just looking at them so me and my mom went to the other side and looked over there I went over to a different side and saw the lady talking into her mic walking to the checkout where she said to her friend "They need to get out, just get out." I knew who they were talking about because the women was glaring at us and staring at us. I was so appalled me and my mom left without a dress.

  there's a few things you can't return (jewelry, shoes, sale items), but I've never needed to. This store is AMAZING. The clothes are trendy, and the employees are incredibly helpful and fun. The prices stand up well against other trendy stores in the mall like A'gaci and Charlotte Russe. Especially if you're looking for a special occasion dress, try here before Dillards or another department store-- it's usually $50-$100 cheaper.

  In store was unable to return E commerce dress. Disappointing that Hulen Mall Sales Managers did not have clear direction from corporate on how to handle the situation. Wasted a trip into store to have to call corporate myself. Would have expected associates to call on my behalf. Low quality product and service.

  Need to learn the safty rules of Shelter in Place when something in the mall is dangeous not kick your customers lives in danger by putting them out in the open mall and shutting the gates behind them where they have no where to hide. Employees need training on emergency procedures.
