  I am very upset today, My husband had a couple of teeth, removed and got billed for 10 . I placed a grievance with my insurance, today I received a letter stating New Windsor Dental will not release any records, nor return any phone calls. To me that a problem. I will be contacting DOH and place a complaint. 2nd request, Is for New Windsor Dental to respond to MY Insurance company Delta Dental, they are requesting, copies of Stevens records. Why have you failed to send requested information.

  Really LOVE our family dentist office! We are always greeted with a warm welcome. The receptionist take their time and explain treatment and what insurance will cover. Best of all they have multi-specialist all under 1 roof. My family had the pleasure of utilizing many of the dental providers and am very pleased. I would definitely recommend more friends and family.

  I have been a patient at Windsor Dental for 17 years. My family has seen everyone the Orthodontist, the Oral Surgeon, the hygienist, and Dr. Stern and have never had a bad visit!!! Love this place and my children beg to go. They get upset when the visit is NOT for them!! Can't say enough about this place!!!

  Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist, assistant and doctor working on my made me feel so comfortable. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you windsor dental for helping me with all my dental needs!

  Me and my daughter always have a great experience at the dentist here for many years. I have gone here for almost 10 years for cleanings, x rays, oral surgery, and any other general dental work. The staff are helpful and friendly and the office is clean. You don't have to wait long for your appointment and the courteous, clean, and professional environment is a plus.
