  They have very bad customer service, and a very low quality performance by the workers. The workers did not use enough silicone sealant around the edges of the windows. Thus, when we have high intensity rainfall, the windows leak significant amounts of water into the house. The manager did not remedy the situation. I am very unhappy with Window World's pathetic performance. Do not use this company.

  The website was offering windows $189 labor and material. I called to see if there any certain size windows etc.... I was transferred to the Manager named Kevin that told me he will have that removed because that not what they are offering. He states the $189 is just for glass, but you can no longer install that type of glass, so to get the low energy efficient glass it will be $259 per; window, so the total install price per; window will run $549.00 By the time I logged on to do my post, one thing he kept to his word on and that was removing the ad. Zero stars for me.

  My name is Leonard Gervasio and not only am I a homeowner, I’m also a real estate broker who flips houses. I wish I was able to give the 5 star review that Jerry and his install team deserve, but due to a blatant lie by management, I cannot. The windows were installed ahead of schedule and the crew that provided the install was fast and professional, however the patio door that I ordered took over a month to arrive! A patio door I paid over $900 for. Kevin, one of the managers, assured me that I would be receiving a 10% refund and I specifically asked him the amount to confirm that he meant 10% of the total purchase and not just for the door. Once he confirmed that the refund would be for the entire amount, I felt a lot better. But that moment never came. They tried to install the door without a refund in hand to which I refused. When they finally decided to send the install crew back with a check, 3 days later, it was for half that amount and was even dated a week prior to the install?? Neither Kevin nor Blake, the guy who signs the checks, would return my calls. Problems happen in business, I get it. But to blatantly lie and then dodge your customer, a customer who would’ve gladly given you more referral business than the total refund, is just poor ownership. I received a call from the glass manufacturer a week before the patio door was finally installed and I was even told by them that they were crediting Blake and window world for the delay. I guess greed trumps loyalty to some business owners. Won’t be returning. 1 star. UPDATE: After finally receiving communication from Blake via email, he stated I would not be receiving a full refund as promised and suggested that I was threatening him. Sorry, man, but negative reviews aren't threats. It's what happens when a proprietor doesn't follow through.

  Recently moved to the Henderson area and my new home, of course, had a couple of issues along with some personal choice upgrades. After meeting with a couple of contractors whom I did not feel comfortable using, a neighbor recommended I call Window World about a new set of sliding doors and a couple of windows that just simply needed replacing. I was thrilled I did. Visiting the showroom, I was very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism from the staff. Our home visit was great. Their salesman showed up on time and was very polite. Price! It isn't everything, but they had the lowest quote of the bunch. The office continued to make the process easier as they called me when my order had arrived at their warehouse to schedule the install. They also called while the installers were here working to make sure that I was happy with the job being done. I even got a follow up phone call when everything was done to make sure I was happy. Simple and easy.

  We recently purchased a fixer upper in desperate need of new windows and doors. After recommendation from neighbors we chose Window World to put in 20+ doors and windows. They are high quality and efficiency. All the people we worked with were very professional and respectful. Had a few little tweaks that needed to be corrected, but they were on the ball and made sure we were happy. Have a few more to go and they will be helping us choose and installing! Great company.
