::I love the staff, the food, and the ambience. Every time my sister and I go to this spot, we are always welcomed with smiles. We go by the "twins" at this Willy's and they always remember how we like our food prepared. I consider many of the staff as friends and it feels like a micro family in there. I will always go to the Willy's on Piedmont!

::I love this place! If it weren't for the people working there, I probably wouldn't make the walk down the street...but, everyone there treats me like family and, even though they're all working hard, they do their best to help me leave with a smile!

::This is by far my favorite place to eat. The staff are always friendly and ask how I am doing when I come in. I have been coming here for 4 years and I have never been disappointed with this location. They even remember what I order! I highly recommend this Willy's to anyone on or near the Georgia State University campus.

::The quality of food is fine but the customer service was horrible and has much room for improvement. I ordered an adobe chicken bowl and asked for no rice, beans, chips, or tortillas. When I asked for extra lettuce the manager began to get angry and complain about the cost of the lettuce and how it hurts the restaurant, then refused to give me anymore than a "pinch". I find this ridiculous considering the price of a handful of lettuce is much cheaper than the combined cost of chips, tortillas, beans, and rice. Was a little extra lettuce really that big of a deal that you had to lose a customer over it? I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

::I think the food is fine; however the people there are horrible. Well, at least 3 of them who I have come in contact with. You can tell they hate their jobs and do not know how to deal with customers. I stopped eating there just because the people’s attitude. The woman with the piercings in her face is extremely rude and there is also a short Hispanic woman that is very nasty to people. They really don’t realize that it’s the customers why they are able to have a job. While I know that me not eating there ever again won’t put a dent in their sales...I don’t care. I will never go back there. Why should I spend my money at a place that really could careless. Imagine what they do to the food then...
