  I went here with 2 flat tires that would not inflate. After they inflated my tires they told me that they were leaking badly and would need to be replaced. I received a quote from another garage of 40% less and asked if they would attempt to match it. They wouldn't offer any discount, which is fine. I took my car home and thought for sure that in the morning the tires would be flat. In fact they had not lost any air AT ALL. Basically, they attempted to sell me new tires about lying about the condition of the current tires. Unacceptable.

  Ended up here after a horrible experience at the 14th and Jersey City ave in Jersey City Sunoco. Got a flat tire on my way into Hoboken. Jersey City Sunoco? Owner screamed at me for being on her private property. Willow Sunoco? Kind, professional service. Checked my tire immediately despite being very busy. Checked all tire pressures with a SMILE! WOW what a difference a few miles makes!!

  I live locally and dropped my car off here the other day with a coolant leak issue because I couldn't really get it anywhere else further without the engine overheating. They took the car right away at 8PM on a weekday and by the next day they called me with the estimate and even found some other unrelated issues. I ended up bringing the car to a shop I've used before (because it specializes in German cars), but the guys at Willow Sunoco were nice enough to not charge me for the inspection. I will definitely come here in the future, they've earned my respect.
