  Returned unopened items that were purchased for full price at another store but insisted necessary to call original store and check to see if it's returnable even with a receipt? 🤔

  Love this store. Love the food products and sales. Nice place to go for gifts for people. I love their kitchen gloves. Simply the best. I've purchased some nice French loose leaf teas.

  People were rude, ignored me for the first 15 minutes or so I was there trying to get their attention. When I finally did get someone to help me, he took a personal call halfway through and started chatting with whomever it was, then had me wait for over 10 minutes (I kept track) while he went in the back and giftwrapped a single box
