  Failed to invoice our property manager for 3 YEARS, then became hostile when we requested some detail on the $17K he claimed we owed him. Came back with late fees and interest on the invoices he waited 3 years to submit. Provided bare minimum landscaping - actually chipped my car's bumper with the weedwackers several times.
