  WILL NOT be using them again, we were actually told about this place through a acquaintance and thought we would try it as we needed someone to do taxes. BIG MISTAKE!! Staff is incredibly rude, receptionist was having a bad day or who knows. It was almost comical, basically they have a teenager (probably someone's daughter) who was on her cellphone and literally rolled her eyes at us after we had been waiting past our appointment time and inquired as to how much longer it would be. Nothing was really handled as promised plus we just found out that because they made a mistake on our taxes and we will be waiting significantly longer for our refund due to an error they made, ( we were just notified by the IRS) We tried to contact them to try to find out what was going on and to matters worse instead of an apology, we were put on hold several times, disconnected (or hung up on).
