::Everybody at Williams Auto is great!!! I can't express enough how painless they made my auto repair experience. I dropped off my car to get the AC checked out, and within a few hours I was called by them with their diagnosis. The good people at Williams Auto kept me informed every step of the way, and my repair was done in a day. These people don't BS with pricing either... Honest pricing, for honest and professional work! If you ever need any automotive work, I highly recommend Williams Auto!!

::I had to leave this place in '07 or '08. It just went downhill after the original Mr. Williams left the shop. I hope it has improved since the time I left but I know I have never returned and will never return since I left in the late 2000's. I went through some receipts from the last year or two that I used this place and I'm surprised this business is still opened. Maybe a new person took over to run the shop or there were either better mechanics that were hired or some of the ones that were there had improved.

::I’ve been a customer of Williams Automotive since 1996 and they have done service on four of my vehicles. I was first referred to them after a dealership did a few hundred dollars of extra unnecessary work on one of my former vehicles and another shop tried to rip me off to the tune of over $1300 for work on that same vehicle. I even allow Williams to do most of the major work on my restored and customized classic German sports car that I acquired a few months ago. They were able to get my carburetor adjusted to pass its first Nevada smog check after about a half-dozen tries, and they only charged me for the first one. The best thing about Williams Automotive is that they are honest and their charges are fair. They also don’t “find” a lot of additional expensive problems. Whenever I take my Honda Element into the dealership for a routine $150 or so scheduled service, they ALWAYS find $500-$1000 of other repairs that the vehicle, which I bought new, needs. Every time, without exaggeration, and without exception. Williams doesn’t do that to me. The downside about Williams is that it’s not a big shop, so major repairs can take two or three times as long as dealerships and other large facilities.

::I had some brake problems on my way to Las Vegas. The friends I was visiting recommended Williams Automotive and it was a great choice. I got there at 8 AM when they opened, and they were able to look at my car right away. They correctly assessed the problem, told me what it would cost, and did the work in about 2 hours, which included ordering in the necessary parts. The work was excellent. Aaron (the mechanic) and the office manager (whose name I think is Gary) were both honest, friendly and very professional. Aaron was able to show me what he had done, and (for the first time in my life!) I actually understood what a mechanic was saying! I am very pleased. I have recommended Williams Automotive to all my Vegas friends, and will definitely use them if needed again.
