  Have not actually used this company, but they sent a tech to the incorrect tenant occupied property on 5/20 around 3:30pm. The woman that picked up the phone stated "They might be at the wrong house, I will take care of it." Click. I waited for a moment thinking certainly she has put me on hold and is going to report back. I never heard back so, naturally, I called back and spoke to the same woman. I got about half a sentence out before she cut me off and stated "that she had already taken care of it." I let her know that I was just trying to follow up and that no interruption was necessary and before I could say anything more she hung up again. Now I understand it's Friday, almost 4PM and she is probably ready to go home, but an ounce of customer service sure goes a long way. I figured there would be more understanding since their techs were sent to the incorrect house. Please keep in mind that I HAVE NOT used their services for my HVAC system, I am simply relaying a customer service issue.
