  William T Robinson is a snake. He did my tax return incorrectly and did not include all of the requested deductions. He even left out one of my w2 income forms... sad. After that, he tried to charge me triple the amount that he originally agreed on with me saying he put many more hours into it. So I guess that is his excuse to NOT stick to his word. Additionally, he lost documents that I gave to him. He lied to my face on more than one occasion. I have been so polite and cautious with the way I approach him on things and his responses are always rude and sarcastic. He is a very arrogant and prideful person that will not own up to his mistakes. I am reporting him to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. I strongly suggest that you don't take a chance with this firm. The first day I met him, he was so nice but once I transferred my business over to him, I discovered he was a totally different person. I found out that he was a complete mess, stressed out, and has a work-load bigger than what he can handle. STAY AWAY if you don't want any problems. I regret taking my business to him.
