  We signed a retainer with William Sayegh for representation. We gave him a $2000.00 retainer on our debit card. For more than a month after that we tried to reach the attorney named Michael Karlsson, that Mr. Sayegh assigned to our case. Mr. Karlsson never even returned a single email or telephone call. We sent no less than a dozen emails to Mr. Karlsson to no avail. We even called the office but he never got on the phone. We contacted William Sayegh more than once. He stated that he had received other complaints about Mr. Karlsson and said that he was going to fire him for his failure to represent us. Then we called to follow up and ask for our refund Mr. Sayegh said and I quote, “you’ll get your money back when I’m good and ready’. Needless to say we never received our money back. We had to file fraud complaints against Mr. Sayegh and Mr. Karlsson with The New York State Attorney’s General Office as well as he Grievance Committee of The Bar Association. We have also filed complaints with the National Bar Association. These lawyers committed fraud on us as well as legal malpractice. *********************WARNING FRAUD***************************
