  I received a Groupon for a massage. I made an appointment, met with Dr Ross to discuss my medical history prior to being introduced to the masseuse. The massage went well until she took her elbow and ripped it down my hip, I yelped in pain. Later that evening Dr. Ross called at 7:30 PM to ask how the massage went. At that time I was not in pain. However by morning my hip was in a great deal of pain and I could hardly walk. I called the office and asked for Dr Ross and was told he did not take calls but that I could speak to the office manager, which I did. I explained the situation and asked if she would ask Dr. Ross to call me. The manager said she would get back to me. I was very concerned, by this time it had been several days.It has been eight days now with no further communication.Buyer beware!
