::Great yoga classes. The level descriptions match the pace of the class perfectly, but I've always felt comfortable modifying in a spicy class when I wasn't feeling up for it. Teachers have a deep understanding of yoga as a practice not just as a fitness routine. Community of students is diverse, friendly and down to earth. Beautiful studios. Vera and Ac's classes are my favorites!
