  Blueberry crumb muffin here is a new favorite! They also have great cupcakes and can do gluten and dairy free birthday cakes that are top notch. 100% gluten free, celiac safe. A bit expensive, but it's a specialty bakery in the village, so that's to be expected.

  Wild Flours has the most scrumptious gluten free baked goods! I live upstate NY, but make a point of stopping here every time I come to LI! They are a dedicated facility & the staff is very knowledgeable, so if you are celiac or are gluten sensitive, you can enjoy your food without the fear of being "glutened"

  I feel it was a little overpriced even for a specialty shop. I was hoping for something amazing from a specialty bakery that is 100% gluten free. However I think their bread just totally failed. For me it had no taste at all. It was like eating crunchy air. My wife had a brownie which she said that she has tasted better brownies from the box.

  Excellent Gluten Free, Casein Free, dye free bakery. Everything is moist and flavorful. You forget that you are eating allergy-friendly baked goods. Love. Love. Love.
