::Super chill, reminds me of coffee shops before Starbucks. This coffee shop has a unique personality and a killer Americano.

::The person at the register as well as the cook lacked decent customer service skills. Instead of giving us a number or taking our name, they called out our food orders (this left us confused considering most of the people that day ordered pizza bagels and we didn't know when our food was up). The customers were more kind than the staff (who were all rude, inattentive, and unwelcoming.) My partner and I were disappointed considering they say they're queer- and kink-friendly. We felt as though our presence was offending them. Staff was arrogant and, if you don't have an obvious "queer" look, they did not acknowledge you. Food was decent, prices were okay ... I like that there is a place that is available to the kink community, but I left feeling disrespected and unwelcomed. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends ... It's not like they'll care anyway considering how they treated their customers.

::Wicked Grounds remains OPEN! Wicked Grounds is thriving! Wicked Grounds provides "coffee to fuel the kinky queer revolution"! This is an awesome space with a wonderfully diverse staff and clientele. Have an espresso, buy some rope, and get tied to your chair! :-)

::The table was not clean, I started cleaning it myself with some paper napkins, a server walked right next to me and didn't offer help. They serve coffee in disposable cups even when you say you are going to drink it there. Cream on the coffee was frozen cold. The attendant who took our order didn't have the best attitude. There were literally just four people at the store and the servers didn't bother to bring items to the table, they would just call the orders out loud for us to pick them up, when we're were only 10ft away from them. Bagels took forever. They used the same knife to cut my goat cheese bagel and my wife's cream cheese bagel, therefore, my wife's bagel tasted like goat cheese (which she hates). We were so displeased with the whole experience that we didn't even bother to tell them about the goat cheese. We just took off. It is expensive, not that clean, service is terrible.. I can't understand how everybody is giving 5 stars.

::Awesome kinky cafe. Nice Leather and rope for sale. The staff was very sweet and friendly. The Turkey melt was bomb and the salad was delicious!! I would come here all the time if I lived in San Francisco. Definitely a place to check out.
