  1 HOUR 30 MINUTES This is just ridulious. I was just trying to reschedule an appointment, which would of took at least 5 minutes of their time. I waited and waited. I can't call another wic office because they are all the same number. I'm just so lived, I had never had horrible service like this. Clearly says it's open. I even tried calling through a different phone but understand when I say this. My patience was clearly gone after about 10 minutes on the second phone. Diffently need to hire new employees or get on top of current ones. We are all mother's with children who need attending, I don't have time to be holding on a phone for so long. Let me tell you when multitasking came in handy today it sure did. Iwill try again Monday. Let's see how that goes.

  It’s sad I have to go to the office every time just to make an appt why even have a phone number if y’all are never accepting calls bad CS in my opinion

  They are ridiculous takes forever for them to pick up anybphone calls in my opinion there lazy n short staffed

  Take too long to answer. They should send text reminders for appointment dates so you don’t have to wait an hour to ask when your appt is.

  So I am trying to make appointment I have been on the phone for an hour the website said they would be open today the first and third Saturday. This is only way to make and appointment this system need to change Try to make an appointment Fri stay on the phone an hour this is ridiculous. Poor customer service never got it.
