  I was with my daughter at her appt and the staff was nice. However, trying to call the office to schedule an appt is like mission impossible. We've been calling since January and it's now March and we still haven't been able to get an appt. I told her to go to the office to try and schedule an appt since they weren't taking phone calls and the lady told her they were closed for lunch...at 1:50 pm. Current hold time to try and schedule an appt. 30 minutes and counting.

  I like the ladies here they are very nice. Just are not that good with the phones. I've been calling from 8-6 daily, repeatedly for over a month, and to this day still no answer. I have no way of going there during the week unless I have an appointment, and can't get an appointment because they dont answer!...

  The women are rude. I was always made to feel like I was doing something wrong or like I was somehow less than. I chose an office twice the distance from my house just because they are so horrible to you here.
