  Very bad service to make an appointment. Every time I call, no one ever answers and I end up having to go to the office which is a waste of time. When I can Cleary make an appt. Also the staff is somewhat rude when they talk. I'm always on hold for more then a minute when they tell me it will only be a minute wait. It's ridiculous. You need more staff that smiles. These woman look like they hate there job.
