::First off let me say the business is closed. I went buy the outer day and they are not there.Web site says they are moving but it has been saying that for mounts. I called them and they did pick up the phone so that's a good thing. I wanted to buy a laptop for my store they said they had one that would work for me so i agreed to take a look. They ended up wanting to meet me in a parking lot of a gas station. Red flag one. They were 15 mines late to the meet They pulled up in a car with a ton of computers in the trunk and no markings. The driver had no form of id that just said he was the guy i felt like a drug deal you would see in a b rate movie I figured i was there so i would take a look at what he had. The computer was as described but when i checked the windows activation number it did not mach the sticker on the laptop. That was it for me i was done. I would say run don't walk from this store or what ever they are something is very wrong.

::This business neither keeps posted business hours or answer their phones. Don't even waste your time trying to contact anyone, and definitely don't waste time or fuel driving down there without calling first. There is a sign on the door with a phone number that goes straight to voice mail. There is also no place to park. If you should decided to venture down to the posted address you may wish to carry a pistol, a knife or a good stout truncheon. That is not at all very good area, and you will need to walk a couple of blocks only to find the doors barred & chained shut, parking lot chained shut, windows barred and the curtains drawn. I finally did contact these people & bought a Dell Latitude, which has a thermal problem in the motherboard. Their warranty is exchange or repair ONLY, so if you really NEED your laptop, go elsewhere, unless you actually want a steaming pile of _____ that does not work properly. You can also save yourself the trip and just go flush $175 down the toilet, too. The chances they will have a comparable laptop for exchange are slim to none, so you will have to either go without your laptop, or buy a backup laptop while they fart around with yours, or take a model worth half as much in exchange. These are what we call "hag fish" aka "slippery eels", back home.
