  Had to return to update my review. We had a very good experience with our order design session. The ordering process was simple. We were told upfront it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the cabinets, that is the same time frame we got from Home Depot and we saved 75% when factoring in the installation costs. We were hooked up with granite counter tops at wholesale cost too. We paid upfront for a stainless steel sink. Our sink wasn't delivered with the cabinets and is needed for the counter top template. Wholesale Cabinets did coordinate getting the sink over to the counter top people. Our cabinets were installed and they look great. There were however problems. The spacers needed were not all present, and there was an insufficient count on the door handles despite our having picked the store default style they supposedly keep in stock. A wall cleat for a strip of counter was not mounted. Waiting for the missing parts has been a nightmare. After waiting an additional 3 weeks, the installer never showed up after arranging a visit a week in advance. The office staff have been good to return my calls but not those of my wife. I would still recommend the products offered here because of the tremendous cost savings, but customer support is a real issue. Only use this company if you are willing to stay on top of them and have lots of time for your renovation.

  I waited a week to write this review so as not to be writing on emotions. We had a scheduled appt on Saturday and the rep working that morning greeted us by asking if we were his 10:00 appt. During the process of looking at the styles of doors, etc we felt as if the rep was steering us toward what he would put into his house, not what we were looking for. When we stated that we wanted to go with all plywood cabinets we were told that the furniture board cabinets would hold up just fine and he proceeded to back that statement up by telling us that the plywood cabinets needed the AC to run all summer long and not to turn it off in the summer as the cabinets would split. We live in Phoenix, who is going to shut off their AC in the summer! I was ready to walk out then but decided to give him another chance. As he was putting our design on the computer, he told us that the refrigerator didn't belong where we wanted it if we wanted to sell the house. When we told him that is where the refrigerator was going his response was "well it's your house and you can do what you want". That was the last straw!! We kindly stated that we were not going any further with the design and he got very defensive. His attitude that day was as if he was going to design OUR kitchen the way he wanted it to look. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in many years. Sorry David.

  Well, my experience was great! The design consultations went well and were very clear. The cabinet finish was just right for our office kitchen. Delivery was as promised; despite last minute changes on our part. Installation crew was good and really appreciated that they could do installation on a Saturday. I would recommend this company.

  Cabinets are nice but their service is terrible. They always tell you delivery in two weeks but it's always at least three weeks, and that's for delivery to their warehouse. Then you have to schedule delivery and installation to your house. The only two people who seem to know anything are David and Dorothy, the owners. If you call and they aren't available, forget getting help from anyone else. The staff who answer the phone never ask if you want to leave a message, they just tell you to call back. That's because they never return calls. You have to keep calling until the person you need to talk to is there and available. And it's up to you to keep calling. They don't ever call you, for instance, to tell you your cabinets are in or to schedule installation. It's like pulling teeth to get information and get anything done. The cabinets seems to be good quality. I ordered dark wood finish and I like the color but they do show fingerprints and dust, so I'm still deciding if that was the right choice. I have ordered white cabinets for the laundry room, so we'll see if I like those better.

  I actually really like their cabinets, thought they were fairly priced. However the man who was helping me was extremely rude and condescending, and asked how I was going to pay for the cabinets. Inquiring if I could afford his products. I made an appointment at 10 am, the guy never show up until 10:30 am. With their customer service I am surprise they are still in business.
