::I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED AT WHOLE FOODS. However, I frequent Whole Foods a few times a week. I am commenting specifically on the a la carte hot food/ take out facility. It is great for people who don't like to cook and want reasonably good quality and a great selection. It's not 5 star restaurant food but it is the best a la carte experience I've ever had at a place that wasn't a restaurant. Like everything at Whole Foods, it is a bit pricey. But I have to admit, it's kinda worth it.

::Watch your items as they are scanned during checkout!!! Sale item was ringing up at full price, but instead of calling or adjusting, the cashier just slid past it and pretended all was fine. And then asks if I want the receipt after I paid. Of course I want the receipt, so I can get back in line at customer service to be charged the sale price you have advertised!!! Bags packed so full, I had to repack, and they still ripped. For the price of groceries at this store, I think it’s reasonable to expect customer service that exceeds expectations. Every visit I leave wondering why all the employees are so grouchy and miserable. The Roswell Whole Foods does not cast this vibe. They also have a better selection. So disappointed my new neighborhood store is such a miserable experience. 👎 Be nice and APPRECIATE your shoppers. Don’t rip them off while they stand there and watch. And don’t put “NEW” people on the registers if they aren’t ready to rock!

::I always find great foods here that I can't find at my local grocery store. I love coming to Whole Foods for a variety of vegan, gluten-free, and non-gmo products. And I always have to get their vegan chocolate chip cookies from the bakery. They're so delicious!

::Nicest Whole Foods I’ve been to but they need to keep the hot foods bar better stocked. In the evening, it is thoroughly picked over at dinner time. I’ve left twice after attempting to pick up some dinner only to find the hot bar out of any main meat dishes. Oh and the express checkout is exactly the opposite. Just go to the regular line, it’s been faster every time I’ve shopped here.
