::** DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE DISABILITY ** I visited this store located on Alton Rd South Beach this morning and I was discriminated and subject to intimidation by Mr. Sam Sanders, Assistant Store Manager Team 4 in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) because of my service dog. I was shopping with a friend at the store and was selecting food at the food bar. My friend was carrying my service dog walking in the middle of the aisle and Mr. Sanders approached him asking if it was a service dog. I came back to him and responded that it was indeed a service dog. My dog was perfectly quiet and not bothering anyone. Mr. Sanders added that "in this case, you need to tell me for which service and which disability". I responded that it was illegal and inappropriate to ask for the disability. First, asking for disability is pure discrimination on the face of the law and second we were surrounded by other customers and the situation was very embarrassing. People were listening and Mr. Sanders kept insisting to know about my disability. I just took my food, went to the cashier, and left the store. Such behavior is unacceptable and I will never go back to this store.

::If it was not for the horrible parking situation, I would have given this Whole Foods store 5 stars. In terms of staff friendliness and food quality, this Whole Foods store is great. However, the parking situation at this store is a nightmare and it ruins the entire experience. There are not enough parking spots on the street or in the Whole Foods outdoor parking lot. Worst of all, beware of the parking garage building with the sign "Public Parking", which is located diagonally across from this Whole Foods store. The Miami Beach parking buildings where I have parked (at least the Municipally owned parking buildings), usually have a gate, where you take a ticket upon entering and pay on your way out. This parking garage building has no gate and uses a parking phone based application. If you are even a few minutes over your time, they have tow trucks waiting to pounce to tow your car. It seems like the locals may have known about this parking garage building since it always seems empty, even though parking on the street is filled up. I am not sure why Whole Foods does not have an arrangement for its shoppers with this parking lot. Other Whole Foods stores that I have visited in South Florida have a much better parking experience. If you are local and you can walk to this store, then it is a nice place. However, if you take your car, be careful. I wish Whole Foods would buy out that parking garage building to add additional parking for customers. If the horrible parking situation is fixed, I would gladly change this review from a 1 star to 5 stars, since the store is great on everything except for the horrible parking situation.

::This place was suggested to me from a friend because I was actually looking for something particular. Which I didn't found, but that was honestly the expectation as i work in hospitality and this item is usually found only from suppliers. But when we entered, we was amazed, the selection of fruits and vegetables, the selection of nuts, coffee, meat, seafood and all the other product you can normally find in a supermarket. The addition to all this was the buffet selection available at this place. Simply amazing, first time since we are in Miami that I find a place that offer this selection. They have food items from India, Asia, Europe and other, with big selection of salads and soups, we decided to have some Indian food, the chicken curry, Vietnamese chicken, rice and we ended up spending like ten dollars. We loved it!!! We are going back there if we look for something difficult to find in other supermarket close to our place and we occasionally have our lunch there. I really suggest it to everyone

::This is happening every single day for more than 3 months. You have about 30 flies on the buffet, hot and cold. I talked to multiple managers. It looks like they are use too and nothing is done. They live mostly on the fish. This morning i stoped counting, more than 20 flies, tonight only 13 on 1 side only. Bravo Whole Foods! On the picture you can see 2 on the glass, and few are on the food. Your answer is at the level of your interest in solving the problem. Please forward yourself my review to whom it may concern. What I can do best to follow up is to take more pictures each time or call the city for an inspection.

::A very well managed Whole Foods supermarket. Worthy of mention are the good opening hours, the parking facilities and the wide range of convenience food. Fruit prepared in all variants. The warm dishes are rich and tasty. We have been here many times during our stay in Miami Beach and have never been disappointed.
