  I'm torn about this review. I'm so excited for this new company, I think they're a great addition to the area, and they were super nice and my knives were ready when they said they would be and they have a great selection of knives, but my knives came back with scratches all over them, both sides, both knives. I expect these to be my "forever" knives, and they're a main display in my kitchen because I use them for multiple meals a day. While they're perfectly sharp again and honing them is so much smoother and more satisfying, I'm sad they're all scratched up. This might not mean as much to other people, but I really value my knives and I want to notify others of what to expect/what to ask about when you go in if you also care.
