  White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

  Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

  Given their number by National Grid for an oil to gas conversion. Came to the house and looked at the system, but never got back with an estimate. When I called back to check on it, I was told that he didn't want to do the work and was not going to give me an estimate. Guess they're doing so well they can afford to refuse an $8-10,000 job? He seemed like a nice enough guy... go figure!
